Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 37 of the Electronic Commerce Act of the Islamic Republic of Iran, consumers may withdraw from distance contracts.
1. Period
The withdrawal period is 7 working days, generally counted from delivery of the goods (or from contract conclusion for services, as applicable).
2. How to notify
Notify withdrawal in writing or by email to [email protected] or phone +98 90 15 16 18 19, stating your order number. Keep proof of notice.
3. Returning goods
- Return goods in original condition with complete accessories and suitable packaging.
- Return shipping for a no-fault withdrawal is usually borne by the consumer unless law or agreement says otherwise.
- After receipt and inspection, paid amounts are refunded within the legal timeframe.
4. Exceptions
Withdrawal may not apply by law to, among others:
- Custom-made goods
- Perishable or short-shelf-life goods
- Unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons
- Software/digital content after use or unsealing where the law so provides
5. Defective or non-conforming goods
If goods are defective, incomplete or not as ordered, consumer remedies (repair, replacement or refund) remain available in addition to withdrawal; return costs may be borne by the shop as applicable.
